by | Sep 17, 2021 | Podcast

In today’s episode, we’ll talk about how to successfully pitch your message to journalists. We’ll talk about what to share, the ways to share it, and how to communicate with journalists to help them get your message across media. We’ll also explain the reasons why most people feel the need to give up when it’s time to pitch to journalists.

What You Will Learn in This Episode:

– What you need to understand about media in order to pitch your ideas to journalists

– Dissolving the fear around speaking to journalists

– Which social media platforms journalists use and how to strike up conversations with them

– How to efficiently share your ideas with the 3 types of pitches

When pitching to journalists, think about the headline and the impact that your PR content will have on the person reading it. You also have to keep following up with the journalists and understand that they are human beings just like you. Once you find the right way to pitch your ideas, you’re on your way to PR success.
