This is the kind of package you need if you're looking for regular PR & Marketing support for your business. Our expert team is here to support you, taking on the role of a PR & Marketing Manager, so you can get on with looking after other key areas of your business.

This level is recommended if you are focused on achieving regular national coverage for your brand in the press and are committed to communicating with your customers and potential customers on a regular basis, as part of a clear strategy.

This level of activity support includes: 

o Initial 1.5 hr consultation meeting (to discuss objectives and begin to gather a brief.)

o Creation of PR and Marketing Plans, offering a variety of ideas to support an objective for any given month (could include press release work, newsletters, case studies, event support, social media planning, web content analysis, meta data optimisation, web content copywriting.)

o Implementation of one month's support with chosen projects.

o Consultancy support from the Chocolate PR team across PR and Marketing. On hand support from account manager - Pack of PR time to utilise in many ways.

o Ad hoc support as and when required throughout the month (ie copywriting of marketing literature; proofing & editing articles; web content planning; web copywriting; liaising with designers; reactive internal PR initiaitives; Media Training etc.)

o Full Press Office Service (if Media Relations is your main focus, your Chocolate PR Account Manager will work with the print and on-line media daily, on your behalf.)

o 2 x fortnightly review/consultation meetings, or attendance at company marketing/board meetings.

o Evaluation of success of project (with full media evaluation if applicable.)

o Suggestions for next month's activity.


Project Cost: Quoted on individual requirements. Guideline: £2600 - £5500 per month
