Yorkshire based wills and probate specialists, Wealthguard, is expanding as it moves to larger offices and launches the region's first Fortress Trust to protect its clients' savings from care fees and probate costs, as Government care plans are scrapped this week.

After successfully helping clients in this area over the last few months, the Fortress Trust has now formally been launched to offer a much needed service. As plans for a new national care service have just been dropped with no plans to review until 2015, Wealthguard is working even harder to make sure its clients' savings are safe and their homes are protected. Offering free home visits throughout April and May, Wealthguard is helping people understand the complexities involved.
