LOCAL MAMAS & PAPAS KEEP IT YORKSHIRE
Award winning Leeds production company, Mask Creative, is proud to be building its Yorkshire client base, having won a new account for Yorkshire based retailer Mamas & Papas, as the cut throat world of advertising is following the ethical trend of keeping things local.
Mask Creative has been commissioned by award winning retailer Mamas & Papas, to create the online video content for a new campaign which will air in February next year. The project which will creatively promote a new buggy range, involves Mask managing writing, shooting and producing the content, as well as the music production elements.
Reflecting the recent abundance of Yorkshire 'glory' – signalling a better future for the region, Mask Creative is a great example that being the archetypal London based agency is no longer a necessity, boasting a range of clients in Leeds, London & New York all from their Leeds studio.
Mask's new project with Mamas & Papas, which includes an exciting mix of real footage and animation incorporating stills imagery shot in the French Alps, stems from a previous campaign in which they produced an on-line video for the promotion of their “Luna Mix' range of buggies. Mask Creative worked closely with the Mamas & Papas team to develop the script and creative treatment for the video, and sourced everything from original music, cast and stylists, to locations for the back projected imagery.

Johnny Carr, one of the UK’s leading photographers who first found his passion for photography in the early 80’s at Batley Art College, had his own studio at the age of 23, and has since worked with the likes of Audi, Nike and HRH The Prince Of Wales, Johnny Carr established Mask in 2008, for whom he now shoots and directs.
Mask Creative has just won the Reporter Series SME Business of the Year award and re-launched it's website www.maskcreative.com showcasing clients including Barker & Stonehouse, MTV, Malmaison, Attik, and GHD and the company's client roster is continuously growing throughout 2010.
