A Leeds business whose clients include Orange, Vue Cinemas and Innocent, is celebrating this month after winning an exclusive international contract to supply an extensive range of promotional clothing and merchandise through a bespoke online ordering system, to Life Fitness customers all over the world.
Leading promotional merchandise and clothing company Creative Emporium recently won the dream contract with Life Fitness's European head office to develop a first of its kind, e-merchandise store, which allows offices and distributors in nearly 40 countries, including Russia, Saudi Arabia and South Africa, to order merchandise quickly and simply online, through one central system.
Sealing the deal after working with the UK division of Life Fitness for 12 years supplying them with promotional items, the Creative Emporium team developed the online store to remove the previous requirement for online stores in each country, and centralising Life Fitness's ordering system, increasing the organisation's overall productivity and enabling huge savings on e-commerce fees.
Now working with Life Fitness EMEA’s head office in Holland, the Creative Emporium team won a three year exclusive supply contract to provide promotional clothing and merchandise to the Life Fitness Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions beating stiff competition from Life Fitness EMEA's current German supplier.
The multi-lingual service on the site allows visitors to select from six different languages, with the system reading customers IP addresses to define the appropriate language.
Darren Cohen, MD at Creative Emporium, said: “After working with Life Fitness UK for over 12 years, we were delighted to be given the opportunity to extend our relationship with the Life Fitness brand by working with Life Fitness EMEA. We are really excited at the prospect of launching the website to the Life Fitness sales offices and distributors at the end of this month. It comes after 6 months of preparation and we truly believe that both the products on the site and the site itself are exceptional in both their quality and service offering.”
Their new international win has also seen a new way of working for the Creative Emporium team, who now regularly speak to clients on Skype as well as instant chat, as they communicate with teams worldwide, around the clock, on a daily basis.
Harry Damen, Marketing Manager at Life Fitness EMEA, said: "We are very happy that we chose Creative Emporium as our new merchandise partner for the entire EMEA region. Introducing an E-merchandise store fits perfectly with the Life Fitness philosophy of selling strategically. The past 6 months in which we have set up the business model, fashionable product range and E-Shop have confirmed to us why we chose Creative Emporium. We really feel that they understand our needs and, even more importantly, our customer’s needs, which will definitely result in a successful long term partnership".
Creative Emporium's other clients include Birds Eye, Barclays, L'Oreal, Hitachi, Superdrug, Next and Nandos.
