CREATIVE AGENCY APPOINTS NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR TO DRIVE GROWTH
Forward thinking creative agency, Kanjo, has this month appointed Business Development Director, Alan Cruickshank, in a bid to drive the smart marketing agency forward in delivering a more intuitive and personal approach to brand marketing amongst B2B and B2C clients nationwide.
Alan started out in a number of above the line agencies in Glasgow and then spent a couple of years honing his skills at WWAV London, specialising in the niche area of integrated customer communications. Taking his newly acquired skills North to Leeds, Alan worked for JDA and WWAV North before setting up his own digital print and design business. Responsible for the company's sales and managing 40 personnel, he was lured back into the agency world after being head-hunted on several occasions.
Approached by a former client Alan returned agency side as Business Development Director and introduced a number of high profile B2B and B2C clients including; B&Q Trade, Iceland.co.uk, Asda, MBNA , Provident, Hitachi, Arco plus, COI and City of York Council.
Kanjo, the agency behind big brands such as Interflora, Bupa and the NHS, was set up by the five founding partners in 2007. The unique approach of the team is a result of experience gained in large agencies such as McCann Erickson, Swamp, and Rapp. Kanjo are using this combined knowledge to its advantage to help clients of all sizes adapt and be smarter with their marketing.
