Coolpink joins DSGI International, M&S and eBay

Yorkshire based award winning digital agency, Coolpink, has this month announced its Managing Director, Mark Bower, will take centre stage as a speaker at Internet Retailing 2010 Conference: Profit & Progress running on 12th October.

On the back of a successful speaker slot at leading industry event, Internet World, Mark will now take his place alongside other industry experts from leading electrical retailing group DSGI international, M&S and eBay. Delivering 3 conference streams, 8 free workshops and a free exhibition this is a must for any company wishing to engage with their customers online and improve their overall ROI.

The annual conference now in its 5th year, consistently delivers the highest level of speakers and presentations for the industry and a unique networking opportunity with over 1000 attendees representing a "who's who" in online and multichannel retailing.

Mark will present “How to win customers and influence people” focussing on how retailers can communicate to consumers through innovative channels in order to  increase customer acquisition, retention and sales. Mark's workshop (5) will take place at 2pm in Room 1.

Mark Bower specialises in finding effective ways to engage consumers in today's fragmented and rapidly evolving online marketplace. With many years of experience in the digital marketing industry he provides digital marketing strategy, e-marketing and web development services to clients throughout the country.

Mark said: “No longer is it enough to market your business through one channel – your brand can reach out, talk and respond to customers in a whole new way – and customers now expect that. They know what’s possible and will consider brands that don’t make the effort to interact with them lazy and not worthy of their business. The key is in placing the customer at the heart of any digital strategy.”

Internet Retailing 2010 Conference: Profit & Progress takes place on the 12th October at Novotel in Hammersmith, London. For more information and to book your free place please visit www.screenevents.co.uk.
