City Island Sees New Lease of Life

Leeds based Julian Maurice Developments is celebrating after giving the city centre's dwindling residential lettings a lift, with bespoke-made Interior Design and Furniture Packs that transformed the apartments at City Island to ensure full occupancy for the first time ever.

Julian Maurice and his team were contacted by the City Island developers, Mayfair, after the apartments had been left empty for two years with little interest from buyers, due to the shifting property market. They realised it was better to let the flats than have them sit empty, but they needed an edge in such a volatile market.

Originally commissioned to style just 12 of the 180 apartments, Julian Maurice Property Developments found demand was so high, the estate agents had let the apartments quicker than they could finish.

Julian and his team have now completed all 180 apartments and each and every one is occupied.

The landlord furniture packs start at £2,036 + VAT and the Interior Design Furniture packs begin at £2,373 + VAT.
