Coolpink joins Google, bing and the BBC

Yorkshire based award winning digital agency, Coolpink, has this month announced its Managing Director, Mark Bower, will take centre stage as a keynote speaker at Internet World, the UK's longest running, best attended and biggest event for digital marketing and online business running from 27th - 29th April.

With other speakers coming from Google, bing, LinkedIn, The Guardian and the BBC, the event is set to cause a stir in the digital world and will also see Coolpink and Sitemorse, a website checking, monitoring and benchmarking tool, announce the Sitemorse Retail 500 Index. The first ever ranking of the top 500 retailers' websites, the Index is set to oust some of the biggest names from their anticipated positions, and follows Coolpink's recent appointment as a Sitemorse exclusive partner.



Now in its 18th year, Internet World attracts over 12,000 visitors and more than 300 exhibitors showcasing the country's leading suppliers and uniting digital professionals. On Wednesday 28th April, Mark Bower will present "How to win customers and influence people" focussing on how to communicate to consumers in brand new ways to increase customer acquisition, retention and sales. The talk will take place Advertising, Search and Affiliate theatre.

Mark said: "This is the 4th year in a row that Coolpink has attended Internet World - this year will be different because I have the pleasure of speaking about the fluid nature of customer engagement. No longer is it enough to market your business through one channel - your brand can reach out, talk and respond to customers in a whole new way."

He continued: "The unveiling of the Sitemorse 500 Index is potentially going to be quite controversial - it's not necessarily the big brands that are going to rank the highest - it will be very interesting indeed to see how the poorer performing brands react to this news."
