Envy explores customer profile
Envy was looking to dig deep into its customer profiles and commissioned Chocolate PR to work with both staff and customers to uncover some stats.
Staff were called on to give their views of the Envy customer, their needs, wants, and character's, and this was run alongside customer surveys, and instore interviews, to ensure a rounded picture was being painted.
Envy head office were conscious that each store had slighly different audiences and wanted to document this, to add fuel to creating a bespoke marketing campaign that had local focus.
All stores saw it as a great opportunity to get involved with the company strategy on a different level and enjoyed putting their views over during this exercise.
This is a great example of an established company taking a look at the core of their business and making use of the information for future growth.
