Black Horse Cuisine Sweet Like Chocolate
Supporting the Black Horse Inn, Chocolate PR will be illustrating their new developments with both existing and potential customers.
Chocolate will also be responsible for event management, to increase customer loyalty and generate publicity.
The Black Horse Inn, set in the peaceful village of Clifton, near Brighouse dates back to 1677 and has had some extremely exciting visitors in its time including Lulu, Roy Orbison and Shirley Bassey. Offering a warm atmosphere full of character with wonderful local delights available from an award winning passionate chef, it's no wonder it's loved.
With the revamp owners Jane and Andrew Russell are inviting the public to join in with the makeover offering their own creative thoughts and opinions. The restaurant is looking for new signature dishes for the new menu which already includes contemporary cuisine such as Squab Pigeon Terrine and Pumpkin & Foie Gras Tartlet. Adding a personal touch and being part of the local community have always been important factors for the Black Horse and the revamp into the new generation will help enforce this.
Chocolate PR will be raising awareness of the new makeover through the use of media relations on a local and national level.
