Mario is always looking to push the boundaries to ensure Chapter Eight excels in its market, offering advanced business solutions to clients icluding The Sock Shop, Gatecrasher and Co-op Travel.
Simon McKay - Le Boudoir
Through the opening of the classically contemporary antiques store - Le Boudoir - last summer, Simon, 33, is now establishing a new market amongst young professionals by illustrating how rare antiques can compliment modern surroundings. By trade an IT consultant, Simon is now excelling in his new business venture.
John Pallagi - Room Restaurants
John, 36, has seen his and business partner Simon Wright's development of Room Restaurants achieve widespread critical acclaim since it's launch in 2002. A recent expansion, seeing the addition of a site in Glasgow, has enhanced the position of Room Restaurants in a fiercely competitive market.
