Web Writing glue
Not everyone is a born writer. Some people have normal egos. It can be hard to sell yourself.
Websites have many different "Voices". Informative; helpful; chatty; authoritative; personal.
You might speak to various types of customer across your webpages - whether helping or selling. The language used online should change to suit your business dialogues. (Just as it does in everyday life.) But not all websites change their tone of voice to match the occasion.
Our instant reaction to what we like online is governed by what we read. (As much, if not more, than what we see.) If we don't like a website, it may be because sub-consciously the words are pushing or cajoling us into places we don't want to go. Like desperate shop assistants.

Talking to each other online is a deeply personal experience. There you are, in your own space, in your world, being intruded upon by me. (The writer.) I'm keen for you to like me. You may have other ideas.
Sticky moments...
Our web copy sticks customers to websites. Like strong glue.
Chocolate's sticky content has adhered customers to luxury West End retailers, students to Learndirect, golfers to Penfold, party-goers to Tiger Tiger and over 50s shoppers to Tulchan Textiles.
