Why produce one?
Case Studies and Newsletters work as testimonials of your services, and allow details that other forms of PR do not.
The Case Study identifies the client's problem
and explains how you provided a solution. There are few better ways to
convince a potential new client that you can do what you say you can
do, than by showing them how you've already done it!
We would either take information you supplied us with, or take the contact details of your client, and with their permission interview them on their experience of your service, then writing up the results.

Sing your own praises
Illustrating how you've helped a
company, giving them a chance to praise your involvement, is a very
strong way of highlighting the value of a product or service to them,
increasing your potential of future work with them, aswell as with
others
in their marketplace.
